Born in 1969 in Yoshino.She has started writing poetry since 3 years old, and read at 17.
In 2001, she declared herself "Being a poet with making words her ally in life. In 2003, she set up the art NPO "cocoroom", which pretended to be a coffee shop in Shinsekai, Osaka, and moved to Kamagasaki and opened the Kamagasaki University of Arts in 2012. Since 2016, she has engaged in community in various ways such as operating a guesthouse and digging wells with men in Kamagasaki. Researcher at Research Centre for Urban Science and Disaster Prevention at Osaka Public University and representative at NPO cocoroom. Programme director of the Sakai Arts Council.
